All-in-one wireless mobility:-

Customer can share 2 telephone lines and broadband internet access through setting up a wireless IP telecommunication network and wireless data access network at a time with one system, OfficeServ SOHO. Based on WLAN and voice over WLAN technology, customers do not need to pay for cables. It also makes customer save cabling time and money in case of expansion or layout change.

Network interface:-

OfficeServ SOHO has 2 analog trunk lines or 1 ISDN BRI interface for voice telecommunication and 1 port interface for WAN which is connected to external broadband modem and another 1 port for LAN that is connected to desk-top computer with 10/100M bps fast Ethernet. It also provides 1 port NPO (No Power Operation) interface.

Voice over IP:-

OfficeServ SOHO supports 4 channel qualified voice over IP service based SIP. 8 wireless LAN phones(WIP-5000M) can be registered to a single OfficeServ SOHO system.

Easy & self installation:-

Unlike legacy AP(Access Point) or micro-PBX systems, customer can set up OfficeServ SOHO easily and quickly through menu and key button with 3.9” large LCD screen without complicated installation process by connecting wired PC. It also supports web-based installation management.


Additional features:-

OfficeServ SOHO supports optimized voice switching features such as call control service(Hold, call pick-up, retrieve, transfer). All applications work on intuitive user interface like Samsung mobile handset.

OfficeServ CRM:-

OfficeServ SOHO CRM is a VDC solution running on PC, which inter- networks with the OfficeServ SOHO mainframe or with a mobile station registered to the mainframe. Users of OfficeServ SOHO can perform customer data management and call control through the OfficeServ SOHO CRM program.
